Online Marketing Assistant - (Graduate Position)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and professional person to assist in all aspects of online marketing. This includes the management of our Search Engine Optimization program, Affiliate Program and Email Marketing Program. This position also involves analysis and reporting of key metrics related to website visits, joins and conversions as well as analysis of contribution across multiple web sites and multiple markets on a worldwide basis. This position works closely with the PPC marketing analyst and reports directly to the CEO.

Bilingual Customer Service Representatives & Translators - (Casual / Part-time)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint highly motivated and professional people to assist in all aspects of online translation, localization, customer service, marketing and administration.

The proven performers we seek for these fast-paced and challenging roles will be responsible for the provision of translation, localization, customer service, marketing, reporting and various administrative tasks for bi-lingual web sites.

Must posses good PC skills, know how to use the Internet and have a desire to learn about e-commerce and the online dating industry.

The ability to communicate fluently in a major Asian or European language is ESSENTIAL.

Experience in the use of Dreamweaver, Photoshop or Fireworks is useful,
but not essential

This is a part-time / casual position. Flexible working arrangements can
be made for candidates who are currently studying at TAFE or University or
simply want to work on a part time or casual basis.
There is a reasonable prospect that some of the above positions will become
full-time at a later date.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and professional MS SQL DBA. To be considered for this position candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Experience as a MS DBA
• Ability to write complex SQL and stored procedures
• Knowledge of performance analysis and indexing
• Experience in table design

This position would suit someone who, for family or education reasons, is seeking to work on a part-time or casual basis.
