He supports his local and international team to continually develop strategic platforms that generate Intersections between what our consumers love and what our brands need.

Andrew is the Cupid Media mastermind and is responsible for driving the brand to the next level, managing the relationships with key business partners, managing policies and legalities, identifying opportunities and prioritizing projects that help excel our business and aid our consumers. Andrew has spent the last 20 years, altering an industry-wide shift to niche dating and has helped position Cupid Media as a large leader in the international online dating sphere. Andrew can be described as a calculated risk-taker with deep tech industry knowledge; he has championed online niche dating services to his enterprise and consumers; Cupid’s consumers are represented from over 205 countries and territories and speak more than 40 languages.

In 2000, Andrew and Emily Bolton launched a pioneering pursuit after recognizing the demand for serious online dating internationally. Consequently, was established and later transformed into a brand we know and trust, Cupid Media. entered the online dating realm when there was only one major online dating player and minimal technological tools. The pair not only developed a pioneering product but altered the perception of international dating altogether.

Andrew believes Cupid Media has created an innovative brand that altered the online dating sphere. He is proud to be a part of a brand that continues to “break down barriers and enables love worldwide.” Bolton aims to make the world a smaller and more connected place.

Before establishing a highly regarded brand, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/ Bachelor of Commerce (Class ⅠⅠ, Division 1) from the University of Wollongong. To continue his academic growth, Andrew later graduated from Macquarie University with a Master of Business Administration. Andrew is not only an entrepreneur mastermind but a nomad, having travelled to over 160 countries and territories.

Bolton is also a father of two and loves being active outdoors, whether it be windsurfing, mountain biking, skiing or paddleboarding.
